Anthony Gray, a nine-year veteran of the culinary team at Maverick Southern Kitchens, has been hired as chef of High Cotton Maverick Bar and Grill. Gray will direct all culinary operations for High Cotton, including dinner, brunch, lunch and private group dining functions.

She has been director of marketing at Care for Life for three years and is also co-host of the weekly radio show Senior Focus. Stacey Spears has joined the staff as a care manager. Spears previously worked as a program coordinator for memory-impaired and Alzheimers patients with a local family physician. Margo Willoughby has joined Care for Life as a clinical administrator after working in the nursing field for 35 years.
