Prudential Carolina Real Estate has hired Debra Walters and Diana Johnson for the Main Street office in Summerville and Edie Carson and Landon Bridgers for the Ashley River Road office in West Ashley.
Michelle Butler and Patricia Buckwalter have joined Coldwell Banker Coastal Properties. Butler, who will work out of the Mount Pleasant office, previously worked in administration for Coldwell Banker. Buckwalter, who will work out of the Summerville location as a sales associate, has a background in accounting and retail sales management.
Matt Warren and Beverly Frost have joined NAI Batten & Moore LLC Commercial Real Estate as sales associates. Warren is a CCIM candidate and has been in the real estate industry for the past three years. He previously held the position of university relations and site selection coordinator for a nationwide developer of condo/hotels.
Candace Brace joined Century 21 Properties Plus Inc. as a real estate agent and will work out of the Mount Pleasant office. Brace, fluent in both English and Spanish, was previously a property manager for Island Realty on the Isle of Palms and a real estate agent at Coastal Palms in Mount Pleasant.
Carter Helms has joined Disher, Hamrick & Myers as a sales associate. He graduated from the College of Charleston with degrees in business administration and global logistics.
Dan Brier, Kathy Higaki, Roe Gabriel, Harry Carpenter and Holly Culp have joined the Mount Pleasant office of AgentOwned Realty. Brier has a bachelors degree in pharmacy from the University of Wyoming. Higaki has five years of chemical sales experience. Carrie Hughes has joined AgentOwned Realty as director of training and recruiting. Hughes holds the designation of ABR and e-PRO and is also a broker and a state-certified real estate instructor. Gabriel has 14 years of real estate experience and was a senior vice president in banking for 32 years for the S.C. coastal region and Midlands. Carpenter attended Trident Technical College, where he studied Hospitality and Tourism. Culp has a degree from Clemson in elementary education and a masters degree in health and exercise science from The Citadel.
Jane Stoney Cook and Beth McCrabb have joined the team at Daniel Ravenel Real Estate Co. Cook previously worked as the admissions director of Charleston Day School. McCrabb has been in the real estate industry for three years and has a background in information technology.
