STORES PROVIDE PRIVATE AREAS FOR NURSING MOMS
Roper St. Francis Healthcare and Belk announced the opening of the Mothers Lounge, a community initiative that provides nursing mothers with special private areas to feed their babies at all four area Belk stores. IAAP AWARDS SCHOLARSHIP TO LOCAL STUDENT

FORUM LAUNCHES TO PROMOTE WOMEN BUSINESS LEADERS
Performax, a professional and personal performance coaching and consulting company, launched the Learning Immersion Forum for Entrepreneurs. LIFE combines coaching, peer advisory, learning, planning and networking with information designed to ensure ongoing professional and personal success for its members. JAMES BROWN PERFORMS AT HOLIDAY BENEFIT
Cabootys 16th Annual Charitable Holiday Celebration benefiting Camp Happy Days was held at the Family Circle Cup Tennis Center on Daniel Island. STUDENT WINS PORTS AUTHORITY POSTER CONTEST
Chicora Elementary School third-grader Montez Malik Greene holds an Award of Excellence and $50 for his winning entry in a holiday poster contest sponsored by the South Carolina State Ports Authority. Joining him, left to right, are Allison Skipper, the SPAs public relations associate, Chicora principal Camille Lee and Chicora teacher Angela Giordano. The school also received a $100 donation to its art program.
