Barbara Hathaway, Gail Green, Mark Grogg, Angela Morris, Crystal L. Meyer, Kristen Peace-Smith and Jeff Zimmerman have joined Century 21 Properties Plus Inc as real estate agents. Hathaway, Green, Morris and Meyer will work out of the Summerville office. Hathaway has been in the real estate industry for 29 years. She was previously a contracting officer/contract specialist for 20 years with the Department of the Navy at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command in North Charleston. Green was previously a quality technician at Behr Heat Transfer in North Charleston and has studied management at Trident Technical College. Morris previously owned and managed All For You. Grogg, who will work out of the Mount Pleasant office, previously owned and managed Marelli Productions Inc., an international modeling agency, in Columbus, Ohio. Meyer was in the beverage industry for the past 13 years and has received an associate degree from Trident Technical College. Peace-Smith, who will work out of the metro North Charleston office, previously worked in membership and guest hospitality at The Boca Raton Resort & Club in Florida. Zimmerman, who will work out of the Mount Pleasant office, previously owned J & M Marketing Inc., a telecom company, for 11 years.

Yollie W. Dingle and Dave McCary have joined the Summerville office of Coldwell Banker Coastal Properties. Dingle has eight years of accounting experience with CLM Transport Inc. McCray has 17 years of experience in retail management.

Tara Mason and Randy Wells joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International team. Mason, who previously worked as a dental assistant and is currently enrolled in the dental hygiene program at Trident Technical College, is an office assistant. Wells previously managed construction projects, and apartment community development, and was owner and founder of several businesses. He will be specializing in the multi-family and self-storage areas.

Rhett Butler has been promoted to sales manager at the Charleston office of Weichert, Realtors Dean-Kelby. Butler, who joined the two-office agency in 2003, is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and is president of the Local Business Networking Group. Prior to entering the real estate field, he earned an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor’s degree in food service management and worked in restaurant corporate management.
